Delete Your Account

You can delete your FUparking account at any time. This page explains how to do it, what happens when you do, and what we are required to keep.

Delete in the app

The fastest way is in the app:

Open FUparking and go to Profile
Tap Delete Account
Confirm

Your account is deleted immediately.

Delete by request

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@fuparking.com from the email address on your account and include:

The phone number on your account (required, so we can find it)
The email address on your account
Your reason for leaving, if you want to tell us

We verify your identity by sending a one-time code to the phone number on the account. Once verified, your account is deleted within 30 days and we confirm by email or SMS when it is done. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Before you delete

You cannot delete your account while you have an active session or an unresolved dispute. Finish or resolve it first, then try again.
If you have unpaid earnings, complete your Stripe payout setup before deleting. Once your account is gone we cannot send you the money.
Any in-app credit is forfeited and cannot be recovered, transferred, or paid out.

What gets deleted

Within 30 days of your request we permanently delete:

Your name, phone number, and email address
Your registered vehicles and licence plates
Your profile photo
All chat messages you sent
Your notification settings and preferences
Your referral code and any in-app credit balance
Location data associated with your sessions

What we keep, and why

We keep a small amount of information after deletion:

Transaction records, including amounts charged and paid, kept for seven years for tax and financial recordkeeping as required by law. These are not linked to a usable account.
Ratings and review tags you left for other users, kept in anonymised form so those users do not lose their rating history.
Fraud and abuse records, where an account was removed for violating our Terms of Service, kept to prevent the same person creating a new account.

Payment records held by Stripe are subject to Stripe’s own retention policy.

This is permanent

Deleting your account cannot be undone. Your rating, transaction history, referral credit, and reviews are gone. If you sign up again later you start fresh with a new account.
